An attractive village in the Central Lake area. The village is situated at the point where the Como and Lecco branches of Lake Como join. This is a tourist hotspot. The village is well connected by both ferries and car ferries.

There are many shops selling jewellery, fashion and other items, but all aimed at the tourist. Lots of bars and restaurants. A good place to visit, possibly as a day trip rather than to stay there.
